In this unit, you will have a chance to learn about design principles of creating an online course. Using the Canvas rich-text editor, you don't need any special knowledge of HTML code (although it won't hurt), so dive in and create some beautiful content!

Some people may be interested in creating visually appealing content - graphics, themes, etc. CU Online is looking to develop a short course for faculty interested in this area. At this time, if you are interested in this topic, you can contact the CU Online Help Desk and schedule an appointment with the Academic Technology Team. They can meet with you to discuss your ideas, best practices and tools to create a visually appealing course.
