Sixteen people responded to the survey, and with the exception of Adams County, France, Italy, and Germany, which were quite popular, most people got their first or second choice, allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order students answered the survey. For those who did not respond, I assigned pairs I think will be interesting based on my limited knowledge of them. No one has any country or area on which I have any expertise, and my knowledge of the included cases is quite limited--only enough to have identified some countries and counties that have had some changes in electoral management or other aspect of election policy and interesting histories, so I look forward to learning from you! One person seemed to really want to do Europe and there weren't enough, so I added the UK.
